Booking & Service Terms
These terms apply to all services offered by EtiqKate. By booking a session or programme, you agree to the terms set out below. If you have any questions, please contact me before we begin.
1. The Introductory Call
The Introductory Call is a free 15-minute conversation to understand what you are looking for and to see whether working together makes sense for both of us. It carries no obligation on either side.
Cancellation:
- Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your Introductory Call.
- There is no financial consequence — the call is free. The notice is out of respect for both our time.
- You can reschedule via Calendly or by contacting me directly at kateryna@etiqkate.com.
2. Payment
If we decide to work together following the Introductory Call, I will send you an invoice by email.
- Full payment is required before the programme or session begins.
- Payment is by bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice.
- Payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
- The programme will be confirmed and scheduled once payment has been received.
3. Rescheduling a session
The Situational Session
- Please give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule.
- The session must be scheduled and completed within 3 months of the invoice payment date. After this period, the session will be forfeited without refund.
The In-Depth Programme
- Individual sessions within the programme may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
- The full programme of eight sessions must be completed within a three-month period from the start date.
The Social Relaunch — Switzerland
- Changes to the scheduled dates require at least 14 days notice.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability — both mine and the hotel's. I will do my best to propose alternative dates, but cannot guarantee that suitable dates will be available.
- Requests made with less than 14 days notice may result in costs that cannot be refunded, depending on the hotel's cancellation policy at the time.
4. Cancelling a programme (The Situational Session or In-Depth Programme)
Either party may end the working relationship at any time if it is not the right fit. I take the quality and usefulness of our work seriously, and I would rather end things honestly than continue without genuine benefit to you.
If you cancel:
- Sessions already completed are non-refundable.
- Sessions not yet taken will be refunded in full.
- Please notify me by email at kateryna@etiqkate.com.
If I cancel:
- In the event that I determine our work is not producing the results you need, or that the working relationship is not functioning well, I reserve the right to end the programme.
- In this case, sessions already completed will be retained and all remaining sessions refunded in full.
- I will always communicate this directly and respectfully.
Refunds will be processed by bank transfer within 14 days of the cancellation being confirmed.
5. Cancelling the Social Relaunch — Switzerland
Due to the nature of this programme and the arrangements required with the hotel, the following applies:
- Cancellation with more than 14 days notice: full refund of the programme fee.
- Cancellation with less than 14 days notice: the programme fee is non-refundable. Any hotel costs already committed may also be non-refundable depending on the hotel's policy at the time.
- Exceptional circumstances — serious illness, family emergency — I will review the situation individually and do my best to find a fair solution.
6. Confidentiality
Everything shared during our sessions — personal circumstances, professional situations, anxieties, goals — is treated with complete confidentiality.
- I will never share, discuss, or reference your personal information with any third party.
- Session notes and questionnaire responses are stored securely and used only to inform and improve our work together.
- I may refer to anonymised, generalised themes from my practice in public content such as articles or videos — never in a way that could identify you.
7. Our working relationship
I ask that our sessions take place in a spirit of mutual respect and openness. My role is to guide, not to judge — and I expect the same in return.
- Sessions are conducted online via video call, or in person as agreed.
- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be forfeited.
- I reserve the right to end a session if the conduct of either party makes productive work impossible.
8. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on my website. Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid.
