EtiqKate is a sole practitioner etiquette consultancy operated by Kateryna Lysenko, based in Vevey, Switzerland. I work with individual clients, groups, and organisations — online and in person, including speaking engagements and invited teaching.

For the purposes of data protection law — including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — I am the data controller responsible for your personal data.

I do not store your data in any shared cloud environment or pass it to third parties, with the exception of the services listed above which are necessary to operate my practice.

I retain client data — including questionnaire responses and session notes — for up to 10 years from the date of our last session. This allows me to provide continuity of service if you return for further work in the future.

After 10 years, your data will be permanently deleted from all systems.

You may request deletion of your data at any time before this period ends. See Section 8 for how to do this.

Your data is handled by me personally. The only third party with any access to my systems is the person responsible for my website's technical security and maintenance. They operate under a strict confidentiality agreement and do not have access to client data.
